Winning Bruin Entrepreneurs’ Perfect Pitch Competition

Last May I won the Bruin Entrepreneurs’ Perfect Pitch Competition for pitching an idea called Proactive Suspension. The competition had over 300 entrants, and the final 15 presented their pitches to a panel of Los Angeles venture capitalists.

The idea behind proactive suspension was to use distance sensors on the in front of a car’s tires along with an existing active suspension system in order to prevent slipping and make the ride much more comfortable.

My notes for the pitch can be viewed here, and my pitch stack can be viewed here. Finally, here’s a picture of the novelty check I received that is now hanging on my wall.
